Every order ships free within the United States from a US warehouse. Orders typically arrive in 4–6 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

We currently ship to US addresses only.

Returns & replacements

Every item in the Jump Rope Kit carries a 90-day no-questions replacement promise. If a band snaps, a counter stops working, or something arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement.

Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Contact us first so we can send return instructions.
