Our Story
Conquest of Health started with one rule: the best workout is the one you'll actually do tomorrow.
Most home-fitness gear is bought in January and buried by March. Not because people are lazy, but because the routine it asks for is too long, too loud, or too complicated to survive a normal week. So we built a kit around ten minutes.
A smart rope that counts for you, so you stop guessing and start finishing. Five levels of resistance, so there's always a next step. A mat that keeps the peace with your floor and your neighbors, so 6 a.m. is on the table. Three pieces, one system, and it all fits in a drawer.
No machine. No membership. No excuse.
What we stand for
- Short and hard beats long and skipped. Every product is chosen for a session you can finish daily.
- Earn it. Progress you can count — reps, levels, days in a row.
- Honest gear. We only sell what we'd train with ourselves, and we back it with a 90-day replacement promise.
Train. Don't talk about training.
